PHASE I
THE FOUNDATION
Founded in 2023, Elektric Bangaz emerged from a vision to transform Jamaica's electronic music landscape. Owned and operated by Flex Squad, a collective of young Television and Film Production professionals, we proved our concept with three innovative beginnings: Prelude, Jungle, and Tropicalè—events that attracted premium audiences and established our reputation for cutting-edge sound design and immersive visual experiences.
PHASE II
THE EVOLUTION
We built our reputation on three pillars: cutting-edge sound design, immersive visual experiences, and carefully curated lineups. Each event is engineered to deliver moments that resonate long after the last beat drops. The Warehouse Project emerged as our underground series—raw, unfiltered electronic sound in undisclosed locations.
PHASE III
HEAVY ON EXPERIENCE
Our mantra became our mission: "Heavy on Experience." We don't just host events—we architect transformative experiences that redefine what entertainment means in Jamaica and beyond. Every element, from the first bass drop to the final light sequence, is designed for maximum impact.
PHASE IV
CULTURAL FUSION
We honor Jamaica's rich musical heritage while pushing the boundaries of electronic sound. This fusion creates something entirely new—a movement that respects tradition while fearlessly embracing innovation.
PHASE V
THE COMMUNITY
Thousands of music lovers have joined the movement. We've built more than a festival—we've created a community united by the belief that music transcends boundaries and connects souls.
PHASE VI
THE BLOCK IS OURS
This is where we stand now. The Block is Ours. A declaration that Jamaica's musical legacy meets the global electronic future. Chapter I: The New Kingston Takeover targets 2,500–3,500 attendees, claiming urban space as a temporary cultural landmark. We're not just hosting events—we're leading a movement.
